Miniature effects by A.Arnold Gillespie. Has some aerial shots of a miniature submarine being bombed as well as a ship in the distance. Also has a weird miniature of a bicycle loop the loop attraction at a fair ground.
The miniature tornado effect from the Wizard of Oz can be seen as a rear projected background through a window.
